What JamQuote is
JamQuote is the front office a small shop never had. It texts back every call you miss, drafts a price from the customer's photo using your own price book, waits for your tap, then books the job into open time and gets you paid by text. One flat monthly price, no contract.
- 60 sec
- from missed call to your text
- 1 tap
- to approve a drafted quote
- $0
- markup on card payments
One leaking water heater, from ring to paid.
You are under someone else's sink when the phone rings. Here is what happens while you finish the job you are on.
- Customer
Calls your business number. You do not pick up.
- JamQuote
Texts them back from your number, inside a minute.
“Hi, this is Ridgeline Plumbing. Sorry we missed your call, we're probably on a job. What can we help with? Reply here and we'll get you sorted, or send a photo of the problem for a quick price range.”
- Customer
Sends a photo of the tank and its label.
- JamQuote
Drafts a range from your price book and says what it saw.
Matched to your water heater replacement. 2013 gas tank, leaking at the base. Nothing goes to the customer yet.
- You
Glance at your phone between fittings. Tap Approve.
- Customer
Signs the quote on their phone, leaves a card for the trip fee, picks Thursday 8:00.
- JamQuote
Asks them to confirm, so you never roll a truck to an empty house.
“Ridgeline Plumbing: your appointment is Thursday at 8:00 AM. Reply C to confirm, R to reschedule. We only roll a truck for confirmed jobs.”
- You
Do the work. Send the invoice by text. They pay into your own Stripe account, and get one text asking for a review.

Your prices. Your call. The assistant does the typing.
Every range comes from your own price book. Nothing reaches a customer until you approve it, unless you told it ahead of time that a job's price never changes. The rules it works under:
- Never quote gas work, panel work, or anything you cannot see clearly from a photo; offer a site visit instead.
- Only ever give a price range from the owner’s own price book, and only after the owner approves it or it matches a pre-approved range.
- Never give safety instructions beyond telling someone to shut off the water or the breaker, leave the building if they smell gas, and call 911 in an emergency.
- Only offer appointment times that are actually open on the schedule.
Never priced from a photo; the customer is offered a site visit instead:
- Find and fix a leak
- Gas line work
- Sewer line repair
- Panel upgrade or replacement
- Troubleshoot a power problem
Built for the work you actually do.
Your price book starts with the jobs plumbers and electricians quote every week, each with the photo it asks the customer for. The ranges are placeholders: you set your own before anything goes out.
