Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between your business and Sanford Labs LLC for using JamQuote. In short: pay month to month and cancel any time, keep your customers' consent to be texted, approve the prices you send, and your data stays yours to export or delete.

Updated

These terms have not yet been reviewed by counsel. They will change before launch if counsel asks.

Who these terms are between

JamQuote is provided by Sanford Labs LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("we"), to the business that signs up ("you"). The person who accepts these terms confirms they may bind that business.

Early access

JamQuote is in early access. Accounts are by invitation. Features may change, and we may pause or end early access, with notice where we can give it.

Plans and payment

Texting and calling your customers

Quotes and prices

The assistant drafts quotes only from your price book. You decide what gets sent, either by approving each quote or by switching on Auto-send for a service. The prices, the work and any warranty are between you and your customer; you are responsible for them.

Your data

You own your data and your customers' data. We use it only to provide JamQuote, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it or delete it from Settings at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use JamQuote to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, or try to get at another shop's data or our systems.

Availability

We work to keep JamQuote running and fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will never be down. Missed-call text-back depends on phone carriers we do not control.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice unless the problem is urgent, such as spam or a security risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Questions go through the contact form.
