Who makes it
JamQuote is built and published by Sanford Labs, a small Michigan studio that makes focused software for people who would rather be doing their real work. We build it for owner-operated plumbing and electrical shops, and we answer every message ourselves.
Why this, and why small shops
Shops with one to five trucks lose work at the phone, spend evenings on free estimates, and get squeezed by software that keeps adding paid extras. The big field-service suites are built for dispatch boards and fleets. JamQuote is built for the owner who is also the tech, and does one loop well: missed call, quote, booked, paid.
How we work
- One flat price with everything in it. No contract, no setup fee.
- The owner stays in control: the assistant drafts, you approve.
- Honest about AI: customers are always told they are texting an assistant.
- Your customers' data is yours. Export it or delete it from Settings at any time.
The company
